Josiah Kalala
Mr. Kalala holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from Cavendish University. He attended the Zambia Institute of Advanced Legal Education and was admitted to the Bar in 2018. He has undergone training in Financial Crimes Investigation as well as Human Rights Training.
His professional experience includes serving as United Nations Volunteer at the Human Rights Commission; Legal Aid Assistant at the Legal Aid Board and most recently worked as Human Rights and Governance Advisor at the German Development Cooperation.
His areas of interest include Human Rights and Constitutional Law, Administrative Law and other public law topics. He has a broad understanding of Organizational Development as well as Policy engagement. He has experience conducting litigation in criminal and civil matters.
Mr. Kalala is a member of the Law Reform and Constitutional Affairs Committee, Human Rights, Legal Aid and HIV/AIDS Committee of the Law Association of Zambia
