Meamande Wamukwamba
Ms. Wamukwamba graduated with an LLB degree in Law from the University of Zambia in 2017. She attended the Zambia Institute of Advanced Legal Education where she undertook the Legal Practitioner ’s Qualifying Exam and was admitted as an Advocate in 2019. Ms. Wamukwamba also has a certificate in legal writing and analysis from the DLA Piper New Perimeter Programme.
Prior to her admission to the Zambian Bar, Ms. Wamukwamba worked as a learner legal practitioner and intern at Simeza, Sangwa & Associates from 2015 to 2019. Her duties included conducting research, drafting and filling court documents, and training in corporate advisory. Since her admission to the Zambian Bar, Ms. Wamukwamba has been working as a consultant for LCK chambers with core competencies in alternative dispute resolution, company secretarial, commercial litigation, corporate advisory, employment law and intellectual property.
Ms. Wamukwamba is a member of the Commonwealth Lawyers Association whose primary objective is to uphold the rule of law by encouraging exchanges between members of the profession through projects, conferences and workshops and by driving improvements in legal education.
